and protects information when you use our horse racing predictions website (the
“Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect
- Account information — when you create an account we collect your
email address (used to sign you in via a magic link), the first and last name you
provide, your date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or over), and how you heard about
us.
- Subscription and payment information — if you take out a 5-day
pass or a membership, our payment processor Stripe collects and
handles your payment details. We do not store your full card number; we
receive limited billing information (such as the plan, amount, currency and a payment
reference) to activate and manage your subscription.
- Optional details — a mobile number and marketing preferences, if
you choose to provide them in your account settings.
- Usage information — pages viewed and basic device/browser
information (such as browser type, approximate location from IP, and time zone),
collected automatically to operate, secure and improve the Service.
- Cookies — see the section below.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How We Use Information
- To provide and secure the Service, including authenticating your session.
- To measure and improve performance and content.
- To display advertising, where applicable (see below).
- To communicate with you about your account when you contact us.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the
Service, namely with:
- Payment processing — Stripe, to take payment and manage your
subscription.
- Email delivery — our email provider, to send magic-link sign-ins
and account-related messages such as renewal reminders.
- Hosting and analytics — infrastructure and analytics providers
that help us operate, secure and measure the Service.
- Advertising partners — as described under Advertising below.
- Legal reasons — where we are required to comply with the law, or
to protect our rights, users or the Service.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you signed in
and keep the Service secure. We (and our providers) may also use analytics and
advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings;
disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
Advertising and Third-Party Vendors
We may display advertising served by third-party vendors, including
Google. In particular:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a
user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads
to users based on their visit to this and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting
Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for
personalised advertising at
aboutads.info, or, in
Australia, at
youronlinechoices.com.au.
For more information on how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or
apps, see
Google’s Privacy & Terms.
Analytics
We may use analytics services to understand how the Service is used. These
services may set cookies and collect usage data in aggregate. This helps us improve
content and reliability.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry
standard for how to respond to these signals, and we do not currently change our data
collection practices in response to them. You can still manage cookies and ad
personalisation using the controls described above.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and
for legitimate operational, legal and accounting purposes — for example, we keep account
and subscription records while your account is active and for a reasonable period
afterwards — then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account data at
any time (see Your Rights). We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to
protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal
information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable
time and in accordance with applicable law.
Minors
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth
when you create an account and do not allow anyone under 18 to sign up. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has
provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected
by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a
change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
